You Need to do the wow Quest chain which starts with a quest called "The Tablets of Baa'ri".
Once your done with that line, you will not get any more quests until you kill Fathom-Lord Karathress in Serpentshrine caverns, behind him it's a NPC(don't know it's name) that will give you a quest to talk with Akama again.
Once you talk to him he'll give you some crappy quests which will continue to this one, and again it leads to 'The Black Temple Attunment'
Ye theres a woman in the large building at the Altar of Sha'tar (61,29) she gives you the first quest to the chain... very quick quests especially in a small group of 2/3... and lets face it no one needs wow quests anymore ;)
